Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Arouva, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of personal wellness and hygiene products, we follow a strict and transparent return policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety concerns:

No returns or refunds are accepted on opened or used products.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement may be considered only if:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged condition
  • The product received is defective
  • The product delivered is incorrect

Return Window

  • You must raise a return or replacement request within 10 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Approval

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is mandatory

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
